  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into a parchment-lined 9×9-inch baking pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
  3. Whisk eggs in a large bowl; add corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour filling over the chilled crust; sprinkle with extra pecans. Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
