  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (50g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup (35g) chopped toasted pecans (optional)
  • Additional chopped strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract; mix well.
  2. Gently fold in heavy cream and chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
  3. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  4. Press the mixture into taco-shaped molds or a muffin tin to form shells, then refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, fill each taco shell with cheesecake mixture and top with toasted pecans and additional strawberries if desired.
