  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and sugar; combine with melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a pan and refrigerate.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust and refrigerate while preparing the strawberry topping.
  4. Cook chopped strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until syrupy; cool before spreading over cheesecake.
