  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut each zucchini into 2-inch pieces, then slice each piece into 6 wedges.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the zucchini and chopped onion; sauté for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Pour in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce; sprinkle with red pepper flakes and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Continue cooking for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until veggies reach desired tenderness.
