1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 cups broccoli florets
3 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes until crispy.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
Lower the skillet heat and melt butter, then sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes; simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Return shrimp and roasted broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything to coat well in the sauce and heat through.
