  • 7 ounces dry noodles (200g)

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, toss with oil to prevent sticking, and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and mirin; set aside.
  3. Heat butter and sesame oil in a skillet over high heat. Sauté onions, ginger, and garlic for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the skillet; toss to coat well. Season with salt and pepper.
