  • 2 ears corn
  • 2 cajun style andouille sausages
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Garlic and herbs (thyme, parsley)
  • Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (425°F). Cut 8 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  2. Microwave potatoes for 3 minutes; let cool and slice.
  3. On each double-lined foil sheet, layer sliced potatoes, corn disks, sliced sausage, and shrimp.
  4. Melt butter with lemon juice, thyme, and garlic. Drizzle over each packet.
  5. Season with Old Bay seasoning; seal the packets tightly.
