  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
  3. Roll out each biscuit dough piece into a flat circle large enough to wrap around about a spoonful of filling.
