  • ¼ cup hot chili sauce (like sriracha)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 large tortillas or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • ½ cucumber, sliced into matchsticks
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together hot chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper; cook until browned (6-8 minutes).
  3. Reduce heat and add the sauce to the skillet; let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry; add to the skillet until the sauce thickens.
  5. Prepare vegetables while chicken cooks.
  6. Warm tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave.
  7. Assemble wraps by layering lettuce, vegetables, and chicken mixture on each tortilla before rolling tightly.
