  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the chicken in a hot pan with vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan, sauté minced garlic in butter; add heavy cream until thickened.
  4. Boil ramen noodles per package instructions; drain.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic; add chicken broth and heavy cream mixture; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
