  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • Chopped green onion for garnish
  • Chili oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown. Allow it to rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and cook until thickened slightly.
  4. Boil water in a large pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for about 5–7 minutes.
  6. Divide ramen noodles into bowls, pour the hot broth over them, top with sliced chicken, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and optional chili oil before serving hot.
