  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (67 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
