  • ½ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can (8 count) biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ¼ cup granulated sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and the egg; set aside.
