  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add milk until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper; mix in the chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough to 1/4-inch thick and cut into squares (4×4 inches). Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square. Fold corners over to seal.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet seam-side down and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
