  • 6 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup No Sugar Added SunButter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. Set aside.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe dish, combine white chocolate chips, SunButter, vanilla extract, and optional coconut oil. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, add rice Chex cereal and pour the melted mixture over it. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Mix the spice blend with turbinado sugar and sprinkle over the coated cereal; mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with wax paper to cool for about 4 hours.
