  • ½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons jerk seasoning
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (45 ounces each)
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, lime juice, and jerk seasoning. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the Mango Topping: In another bowl, mix chopped mango, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Set aside.
  3. Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  4. Serve: Let the chicken rest briefly before slicing and top with the mango mixture.
